What is General Pest Control?
General Pest Control implies that the premise is not affected with any particular pest, but, requires a service as a precautionary measure.
There are various situations that call for general pest control services:

If the premises are kept shut or unused for a long time.

If the premises are renovated and about to be inhabited.
-
If the premises are suspected of infestation with dust mites.
-
If your home has a pet afflicted with ticks or fleas.
-
Uncommon affliction such as crawling insects, centipedes, millipedes, garden insects, spiders, silver fish etc.
General Pest Control is available in two kinds of services:

Appropriate chemical sprayed in water or kerosene base.
-
Fumigation in medicinal smoke form.
General Pest Control service is a One-time treatment. It is effective in protecting residences, offices, restaurants, libraries, industries, gardens & farm houses.

Do’s & Dont’s for chemical spraying & fumigation at your premises:
Precautions before treatment:

Empty out the kitchen – remove all edibles, containers holding food & grains. All utensils must be removed, that includes the water filter etc.

Gas connection must be switched off.
-
At your premises, other items to be removed are plants, pets, fish aquarium.
-
Please cover all plastic articles such as TV, Computers, Audio Systems, Telephone Instruments with plastic sheets or bed sheets.

Fumigation is likely to leave stains on Italian marble. Therefore, please inform us before placing request for fumigation.
During and after chemical spraying:
-
Do not insist on closing the windows during chemical spraying as the fumes are harmful to people in the premises at the time. However, all doors & windows must be kept shut after the spraying, for minimum 4 to 5 hours.

Post treatment cleaning may be done with a commercial floor cleaner or detergent mixed in water.
During and after fumigation:
-
During fumigation lot of fumes will be produced in quick succession, therefore, all windows and fans must be shut before the treatment begins.

Quickly close the premises and make sure there is no way for the fumes to escape. Keep the premises shut for minimum 5 hours.

After 5 hours, wear a mask and open all doors & windows, allowing the remaining fumes to disperse.
